Perfect and excellant location within a close distance from Floating Rock. A nice size rooms with a fridge air con, good WiFi plus yr own hot water, always excellent stuff.

last time we stopped we had a brand-new, neat room with good facilities.

The room I stayed in was spacious and well taken care of. the location of the accommodation was fantastic, just a short distance from Palolem Blue Lagoon. - the walk to the lake from the property took no more than 10 minutes.

The hotel staff is amiable and courteous.

I recently stayed at Alba Rooms Palolem Rosebuds for a week-long beach getaway. The location was fantastic, being just steps away from the beach. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely seating area outside. The hosts, Sanjay and Tutu, were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips and advice on local sightseeing and transport. The amenities in the room, such as the AC, hot shower, and fridge, were all in excellent working condition. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it without hesitation.

We enjoyed our rooms which had all the essential amenities.

The owner, Sanjay, was incredibly hospitable and helpful. He gave great recommendations for restaurants and beach activities. He even went above and beyond by giving us a ride to the pharmacy when my son was sick. Sanjay also printed our boarding passes and accommodated our early departure.

The room had a brand-new European-style rainfall shower when upgraded, and there was plenty of delicious food available for breakfast.

great little place right next to the beach. the hosts were always available for suggestions and made our stay comfortable. the room had all the necessary amenities and a small balcony to relax. the location was perfect, close to the beach and shops but quiet at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and neat, with air conditioning and a big fan. The veranda provided a secluded and quiet atmosphere, even though the hotel is very close to the bustling Palolem beach. We were able to easily access the beach and there were plenty of restaurants nearby for us to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with beach towels and an umbrella. the location and amenities of this hotel made for a great experience.

What can I say, Alba Rooms Palolem Rosebuds exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, right next to the beach, but surprisingly quiet. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had great air conditioning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hot shower was a nice bonus. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio outside our room, and the beach towels provided were a nice touch. The host was friendly and gave us fantastic recommendations for things to see and do. We would definitely stay here again without question.

Immaculately clean rooms, attentive manager, perfect location near beach and shopping, well-maintained amenities, friendly and helpful staff.

Cozy guesthouse with a quirky gift shop, perfect for those beach lovers who need retail therapy. Conveniently close to the beach and offers bike hire for those wanting a sandy adventure. The 24-hour front desk even let me check in at 2 am, talk about dedication!

Such a shame there was no complimentary beach umbrella service, I enjoyed carrying mine around all day like a true fashionista.

alba rooms palolem rosebuds was simply amazing. clean, cozy, and peaceful with superbly maintained rooms and a lovely sit-out area. the host sanjay was an awesome guy, always giving great advice on where to eat and what to see. we'll definitely be back!

La struttura era pulita e silenziosa durante la notte. Il personale alla reception e al bar-ristorante era molto cordiale e disponibile. La posizione era comoda, essendo vicino alla stazione dei treni e permettendo un facile accesso al centro città. Inoltre, la struttura era dotata di ottime strutture, tra cui una piscina, una palestra e un centro benessere. Il parcheggio era disponibile senza problemi.
